Sun Moon Yoga is a place where everyone can practice the art of yoga. Our Yoga classes provide an environment that supports and guides each individual to reach her or his own goals. Our Yoga teachers are trained to offer modifications for all students so that everyone may experience their own natural and progressive alignment of mind, body and spirit. Sun Moon Yoga is located in Darrington, WA.

HATHA YOGA
In a Hatha Yoga class, you will practice asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), with modifications to fit your own needs. Hatha Yoga brings strength and harmony to the mind and body.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga provides a way for anyone, in any condition, to experience the benefits of yoga asanas. Each posture is attained, maintained and retained with the support of blankets, bolsters and other props. Students remain in each posture for three to five minutes, allowing the deep connection of mind, body and breath that is the goal of all yoga styles.
KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini Yoga utilizes asanas (body postures), mantras (chants), mudras (hand positions) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to harmonize the mind, the body and the spirit.
YOGA FLOW
This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
